How do loading and delivery work?
After your booking you receive an email with the loading and delivery addresses, their GPS position and a Google Maps link. You also send us a few photos of your vehicle's condition before departure.
How does payment work?
Payment is made online, securely, through Stripe. Your invoice and discharge form are sent to you by email as soon as payment is made.
Is my place guaranteed?
Your place is confirmed as soon as you pay. Places are limited on each departure: until payment is made, it is not reserved.
How long does the transport take?
The duration depends on the route and traffic. The estimated maximum duration is given in your booking confirmation email.
What do I need to provide to book?
Your personal details, your vehicle's details (make, model, plate, chassis number), its condition at drop-off, and an ID document.
My route has no date available, what can I do?
